Senior Advisor JongHoon RHEE, who was a founding member and researcher (officer) of the Legislative Research and Analysis Office of the National Assembly Library—the predecessor of the National Assembly Research Service—for 15 years, has exclusively handled legislative research and the preparation of research reports across all fields of state affairs, including politics, diplomacy, unification, education, and society and culture. Subsequently, he founded and operated Political Management Consulting Co., Ltd., the first in the country to carry out policy pledge development and legislative consulting for election candidates, and is an expert in the legislative and political consulting field who successfully led presidential, general, and local election projects. In particular, he holds a deep academic foundation based on his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in political science from Sungkyunkwan University, as well as an extensive network in political, governmental, and media circles accumulated through the legislative branch and the consulting industry. Adding practical expertise in administrative matters, he provides meticulous and immediate customized solutions for resolving the complex administrative regulations faced by companies and organizations, responding to the enactment and amendment of legislation, and establishing strategies toward the government and the National Assembly.
