They then determine the appropriate practice area and refer the client for a second consultation with a group or specialist team experienced in that type of matter. Their primary role at this stage is to assess immediate needs, identify the relevant field and the right team, and arrange the specialist consultation with attorneys whose experience matches the case. Once the client completes the specialist consultation and the matter is assigned, the consultation attorney remains involved. They help develop litigation strategy, draft submissions, provide advice, attend court, and participate in further strategy meetings alongside the team responsible for the matter. Following the initial assessment and any urgent legal measures, clients receive an in-depth second consultation from a group or specialist team led by senior partners with the relevant expertise. That team then takes direct responsibility for resolving the matter. The lead senior partner personally directs this second consultation and the subsequent strategy meetings, drafting, legal advice, court appearances, and strategy reviews. From the two consultation stages through strategy, drafting, and final execution, the entire process is connected under senior-partner responsibility. If a client is dissatisfied after engaging the firm, we take immediate corrective action across the organization. If those efforts still do not resolve the dissatisfaction, our policy is to promptly calculate and refund the appropriate portion of the initial fee according to the work completed.
