Адвокат Кук-ил Ким, который занимался корпоративными и различными уголовными делами, занимал должность главного прокурора в Высшей прокуратуре Сеула, прокуратуре района Сувон и прокуратуре центрального округа Сеула, а также руководил отделом в Коянском отделении прокуратуры района Ыйджонбу, отделении Мокпхо прокуратуры района Кванджу и отделении Намвона прокуратуры района Чонджу. Более 20 лет выполнял опытную работу. Он обладает обширными юридическими знаниями и практическим опытом в сфере недвижимости, уголовного права и медицины, а также занимался многими крупными делами, включая обвинения в преференциальном режиме в проекте развития Тэчжан-дон, подозрения в преференциальном режиме в проекте развития Пэкхён-дон, дела о нарушении медицинского законодательства в больницах, дела о хищениях в судоходных компаниях и тяжелой промышленности, а также дела о контрабанде филопонов. Кроме того, мы получили ряд оправдательных и приостановленных обвинительных приговоров по таким уголовным делам, как сексуальные преступления, наркотики, дорожно-транспортные происшествия и растраты. Мы показываем результаты, которые удовлетворяют наших клиентов, например, получение отсрочки судебного преследования в случае привычного вдыхания марихуаны и оправдание в особом случае изнасилования.
