As a certified civil attorney, he holds expertise by handling numerous lawsuits including damages, loan claims, real estate, agreed payment, medical, and adultery lawsuits. In the corporate field, he has handled various corporate-related cases such as industrial safety compliance advisory and advisory on the relisting of large corporations to KOSPI. He is currently active as advisory committee member for many corporations and public institutions, and has handled numerous school violence cases and juvenile crime cases by serving as a member of the School Violence Deliberation Committee, possessing extensive experience in criminal, civil, and administrative responses to crimes by minors. In particular, he holds the qualification as a Singapore Foreign Legal Consultant, having strengths in providing global legal services such as overseas legal issues and international transaction advisory in addition to domestic cases.
