After being commissioned as a prosecutor at the Seoul Southern District Branch, he spent a long career as a prosecutor and division chief prosecutor at the Mokpo Branch of the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office, the Busan District Prosecutors' Office, the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office, the Uijeongbu District Prosecutors' Office, the Jeonju District Prosecutors' Office, the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office, the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office, and the Busan High Prosecutors' Office, accumulating diverse investigative experience. In addition, during his many years as a private attorney, he took on and handled cases not only in the criminal field but also in civil, administrative, tax, and many other fields, and carried out broad activities such as serving as advisory counsel to Busan City and Pusan National University, chairman of the Investigation Objection Review Committee of the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency, a criminal mediation member of the Busan District Prosecutors' Office, and an adjunct professor at Pusan National University Law School. He has abundant investigative experience, having initiated and investigated numerous cases involving economic offenders such as large-scale fraud and embezzlement, violent criminals such as sex crimes and murder, organized crime and narcotics offenders, tax offenders, pseudo-press offenders, medical offenders, and large-scale gambling offenders. He has also been involved in numerous court trials, handled appeal work pointing out errors in prosecutors' decisions not to indict for many years, and has deep research on recently frequent cases such as voice phishing, romance scams, cryptocurrency, and stock leading-room cases. With meticulous analysis, he accurately diagnoses the flow of a case, identifies the key to its resolution, and develops persuasive arguments in easy and elegant prose.
