After being appointed as a prosecutor at Seoul Southern Branch Office, he accumulated diverse investigative experience while serving as prosecutor and Senior Prosecutor for a long time at Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office Mokpo Branch, Busan District Prosecutors' Office, Suwon District Prosecutors' Office, Uijeongbu District Prosecutors' Office, Jeonju District Prosecutors' Office, Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office, Seoul High Prosecutors' Office, and Busan High Prosecutors' Office. He has also engaged in extensive activities for many years as an individual attorney, handling cases in not only criminal but also civil, administrative, tax, and many other fields, and serving as advisory attorney for Busan City and Pusan National University, chairperson of the Investigation Objection Review Committee of Busan Metropolitan Police Agency, criminal mediation committee member of Busan District Prosecutors' Office, and adjunct professor at Pusan National University Law School.
