Attorney Kang Dae-hee, a member of the Construction Division of the General Corporate Group, has experience handling numerous corporate advisory matters for construction and financial companies, providing counsel to the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, United Asset Management, construction companies, and others, and drawing out client satisfaction. He has also performed M&A legal due diligence for Heungkuk F&B and CTC Bio, and possesses expertise in drafting and reviewing documents such as contracts for the asset-securitization procedures of non-performing loans (NPLs) at commercial banks.
