As a member of the Construction & Real Estate Group, attorney Dae Hee KANG holds experience in performing numerous corporate advisory for construction companies and financial companies. He provides advisory to Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, United Asset Management Corporation, and construction companies, leading customer satisfaction. He has also performed Heungkuk F&B and CTC Bio M&A legal due diligence, and holds expertise in drafting and reviewing documents such as contracts for the asset securitization process of non-performing loans (NPL) of commercial banks. In addition, he mainly handles cases such as auctions and fraudulent acts, and is a certified real estate attorney registered with the Korean Bar Association. He also has rich experience and interest in labor field cases such as wage lawsuits and lawsuits for confirmation of invalidity of dismissal.
