Serving as Head of the Construction Advisory Division of the General Corporate Group, Attorney Park Jung-kyu possesses high expertise in construction-related litigation, and while working as a judge at the Seoul High Court and the Seoul Central District Court, he handled construction-dedicated trials. In addition, he served as a research judge at the Supreme Court and as a judge at the Seoul High Court, the Seoul Central District Court, the Suwon District Court, and the Daegu District Court, primarily handling medical and civil and criminal cases. Moreover, based on his experience as Head of the Chungju Branch of the Cheongju District Court and as a presiding judge at the Ansan Branch of the Suwon District Court, he possesses rich know-how for resolving cases, and he has experienced a variety of cases while serving as Chair of the Chungju City Election Commission, a member of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's Dispute Mediation Committee, and a member of the Ministry of Education's University Establishment and Reorganization Review Committee. He continues to handle numerous cases in construction, real estate, civil, and damages matters, drawing out good results.
