Attorney SeongMoon CHOI, registered as a certified insolvency attorney with the Korean Bar Association, accumulated rich practical experience by performing about 1,800 trustee cases while serving as personal/corporate bankruptcy trustee at Uijeongbu District Court. A case in which a large amount of value-added tax accrued to the debtor company after the declaration of bankruptcy due to the bankruptcy trustee's exercise of the right to terminate a 'bilateral contract not performed by both parties', and in a situation where the representative of the oligopolistic shareholder may be responsible for the 'secondary tax payment obligation of the investor' with respect to the above tax amount, he persuaded the court and the bankruptcy trustee with a written opinion to obtain permission to approve foundation claims for the above tax amount and had it paid with the bankruptcy foundation conversion amount.

Cases investigated for quasi-receipts related to coin investment were ruled not guilty, and cases in which damages claims were filed were dismissed in full.
