As a member of the Criminal Group, he has experience working as Deputy Chief Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of the Public Security Division, Senior Prosecutor, and Prosecutor at prosecutors' offices nationwide, and served as Director of the National Litigation Division of the Ministry of Justice and Director of the Masan Branch of the Changwon District Prosecutors' Office. During his tenure, he handled important election cases and labor cases, and even after opening his practice, he handled socially significant criminal cases including a metropolitan deputy mayor's illegal election campaign case and the 'Nth Room' illegal video possession case.
