Attorney DaeWon KIM, a member of the Civil Litigation and Arbitration Group and the School Violence Response Group, is an attorney who has focused on resolving substantive problems for clients by handling cases in various fields such as civil, school violence, and criminal cases. As a certified school violence attorney registered with the Korean Bar Association, he has represented victim students of school violence and led to dispositions such as transfer, attendance suspension, and community service for offending students, as well as numerous cases representing offending students that received no-action dispositions or minor dispositions. He is also currently serving as an attorney member of the School Violence Countermeasures Review Committee at the Incheon Southern District Office of Education, and has accumulated rich practical experience in civil damages lawsuits related to school violence. He is also a certified criminal attorney registered with the Korean Bar Association, and has obtained not-guilty verdicts in cases such as indecent act by force, violations of the Sexual Violence Punishment Act, and forgery of private documents, and has provided excellent assistance in complaint representation and settlement mediation in fraud and injury cases.
