Attorney Yun Gyeong-won of the Corporate Legal Group has worked for over 20 years in the prosecution and at embassies as a prosecutor, chief prosecutor, and diplomat. During their time in the prosecution, they accumulated experience in investigation and trial response for various cases, including corporate criminal cases as well as intellectual property such as drama production and copyright disputes, taxation and economic crimes, customs and offshore asset flight, labor and elections, drugs and sexual violence, trade secret infringement, pharmaceuticals, juvenile crime, and maritime crime. In addition, while serving as Human Rights Policy Officer at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, they have experience overseeing the prosecution's human rights work, including human rights policy, investigation of related cases, and protection of crime victims. Beyond this, while working as Legal Cooperation Officer at the Korean Embassy in China, they provided legal support for Korean residents and companies—not only in international criminal affairs but also in investment, trademark and copyright litigation, arbitration and civil litigation within China, and criminal litigation. Based on this experience, they closely analyze global (US-China) issues, corporate legal affairs, and civil and criminal cases, and as an attorney of the Corporate Legal Group, respond strategically to draw out results that satisfy clients.
