Attorney KyeongWeon YUN, a member of the Corporate Law Group, has worked for over 20 years at the prosecutors' office and embassies as a prosecutor, senior prosecutor, and diplomat. During his tenure at the prosecutors' office, he accumulated experience investigating and responding to trials in various cases including corporate criminal cases, intellectual property such as drama production and copyright disputes, tax and economic crimes, customs and overseas property flight, labor and elections, drugs and sexual violence, trade secret infringement, pharmaceuticals, juvenile crimes, and maritime crimes. He also has experience overseeing human rights policy, related case investigations, crime victim protection, and other prosecutorial human rights work while serving as Human Rights Policy Officer at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office. In addition, while working as a Legal Cooperation Officer at the Korean Embassy in China, he provided legal support for Korean residents and businesses, including not only international criminal work but also investment, trademark and copyright lawsuits, arbitration and civil lawsuits in China, and criminal lawsuits.
