A member of the International Litigation and Arbitration Division of the International Litigation, Arbitration, and Immigration Group, and a holder of a New York State attorney license, Foreign Attorney (USA) Won Jung-yeun has built abundant practical experience in the global legal market, including international arbitration, U.S. litigation, and cross-border corporate disputes. He has served at major domestic law firms such as Kim & Chang, Shin & Kim, and Lee & Ko, and at the Baker McKenzie & KL Partners joint venture, he assisted with complex cases spanning the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Asia, including large-scale commercial arbitrations, ISDS, and parallel litigation.
