Attorney Kwon Il, a member of the Corporate Legal Affairs Group who has directly experienced corporate management practice such as strategic planning and business management at a large corporation, possesses a high understanding of corporate decision-making structures and internal operations as a whole. Working as a Strategic Planning Professional and in business management at CJ CheilJedang, he broadly performed business strategy and financial and organizational operations, and he holds experience leading company-wide process innovation and system construction as the leader of the next-generation ERP construction Process Innovation TF. Based on this corporate practical experience, he has performed various transactions, including advising on the acquisition of overseas food and BIO companies in China, Russia, and the United States, advising on the governance structure of a U.S. subsidiary, and advising on the acquisition, business transfer, joint venture (JV) establishment, and liquidation of domestic food companies. In addition, through advisory on company splits and management restructuring, he comprehensively reviews the legal issues arising in the process of organizational reform and governance changes and supports stable execution.
