A member of the International Tax and Customs Group who also served as a member of the Tax Offense Investigation Review Committee at the Busan Regional Tax Office, Attorney Park Seong-jun possesses expertise and practical experience in the field of taxation. In addition, over approximately 17 years serving as a prosecutor and judge, she gained wide-ranging experience in both trial and investigative practice across all areas—criminal, civil, administrative, and family law. During her time as a prosecutor, she worked at the Special Investigation Division of the Ansan Branch of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office, the Geochang Branch of the Changwon District Prosecutors' Office, and the Busan District Prosecutors' Office, handling special investigations, traffic and maritime crimes, and trial proceedings. Through this, she experienced the entire criminal process from the initiation of an investigation to indictment and trial, gaining a multidimensional understanding of investigative logic and trial structure. She has handled numerous cases requiring highly sophisticated legal review and factual analysis, including the appellate proceedings in the Dong-A Pharmaceutical executives' rebate case, appellate cases such as the action to confirm the invalidity of a contract concerning the Hyowon Culture Center between Pusan National University and E-Land Retail, and a claim for damages against the State arising from a death that occurred during a crackdown on illegal fishing.
