Foreign Attorney (USA) JunYong AN, who holds a Florida State bar license, is a member of the Immigration & Overseas Investment Group with extensive practical experience centered on criminal/civil disputes and corporate law in the United States. He performed criminal and civil cases while working at U.S. local law firms and built his career in various areas across corporate law overall. Through this process, he has handled various matters related to international transactions and overseas investments, including international construction arbitration cases against the Government of India, advisory for the Police Attaché of the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Atlanta, FIRPTA-related advisory support for equity transactions between affiliates, and advisory for the establishment of Captive Insurance in the U.S. In addition, he has expanded his practical capabilities by experiencing various corporate and individual cases both domestically and internationally, including advisory support for the acquisition of domestic listed companies and large hotel franchises, contract and business dispute response support, and representation in USCIS asylum cases for inhumane/political persecution.
