- In a traffic accident insurance fraud case, a not guilty verdict was obtained by interrogating insurance company employees as witnesses and requesting an order to submit documents in order to prove that the accident was not intentional.
- A case in which several voice phishing cases were acquitted based on simple participation, lack of intent, and lack of evidence.
- In a case of violation of the Information and Communications Network Act (defamation), a partial acquittal was obtained by contesting the truth of the facts and the absence of the purpose of defamation.
