Having accumulated diverse international experience at Samsung C&T Trading, the KOTRA Brussels Trade Office, and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Algeria, Attorney EunJin Kim has worked across corporate, public-institution, and diplomatic settings, learning how to coordinate diverse interests and communicate effectively. She has since handled a variety of cases, including administrative matters — such as obtaining a full acceptance of an objection to an administrative disciplinary disposition — as well as corporate disputes under the Unfair Competition Prevention Act and non-compete agreements, and cases involving obstruction of business and defamation.
