Having handled numerous civil and criminal cases, Attorney JeongEun KIM has broadly managed an inheritance dispute of approximately KRW 30 billion, family cases such as divorce and custody disputes, corporate and general civil disputes, and various criminal cases, establishing litigation strategies tailored to each client's situation and presenting solutions. While serving as a Judicial Research Officer at the Daejeon High Court and the Daejeon District Court, she reviewed a variety of civil cases — including large-scale construction cases, inheritance and statutory-reserve-of-inheritance (yuryubun) cases, management control disputes, industrial accidents, and clan (jongjung) and real estate disputes — gaining in-depth experience of the court's decision-making process and the core issues of litigation.
