Hello. I am currently a soldier on active military duty. When I have suffered military abuse, where can I report it?.. I have endured it for a long time, but I do not think I can bear it any longer, so I want to report it. However, I am not sure where I should go, so I am leaving my question here.. It is somewhat urgent, so I would appreciate a quick response.

The most common method for reporting military abuse is to use the Defense Help Call (telephone 1303).
The Defense Help Call operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and reporting and consultation are available at any time, regardless of the urgency of the incident or the location of the reporting party.
A counselor listens to the time, place, persons involved, and circumstances of the incident and provides guidance on the necessary measures, and the content of the report is kept strictly confidential.
It is also possible to report military abuse anonymously.
In addition, online reporting is also available.
A report can be submitted through online platforms such as the Government24 website or Plus Friend, and evidence such as text messages, photographs, and videos can be attached.
Online reporting is likewise connected to a counselor who provides guidance on the case-handling procedure, and anonymity and confidentiality are guaranteed.
After a report is made, physical and psychological protective measures are taken when necessary, and support to relieve psychological burdens such as PTSD and depression is also available through professional counselors.
Once the report is verified, military and legal measures against the perpetrator proceed.
The process of reporting military abuse may feel burdensome or frightening, but both the Defense Help Call and online reporting prioritize anonymity and protection, so it is important to report without hesitation.
