(the same shall apply hereinafter in this Article) that is distributed, sold, leased, provided, or publicly displayed or screened (hereinafter referred to as “distribution, etc.”), or where the filming under paragraph (1) was not against the will of the person being filmed at the time of filming (including a case of filming one's own body) but the filmed image or reproduction is subsequently distributed, etc. against the will of the person being filmed, the person who does so shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 7 years or by a fine not exceeding 50 million won.
