Timon and WeMakePrice, affiliates of Singaporean e-commerce company Q10, were embroiled in controversy for failing to settle the price of products sold last May. It is also unclear whether the sales proceeds from June to July will be settled, so the damage to sellers is growing like a snowball.

Consumers can go through group dispute mediation procedures when 50 or more people suffer similar damage.
