Attorney Lee worked at the Masan Branch of the Changwon District Court, the Chungju Branch of the Cheongju District Court, and the Incheon District Court, and served as the Chief Judge of the Seoul Southern Court, the Hongseong Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and the Incheon District Court. He also served as a non-standing member of the Appeals Review Committee of the Ministry of Security and Public Administration, and a member of the Incheon City Administrative Trial and Appeals Review Committee.
