Daeryun Law Firm announced on the 11th that it has signed an MOU with the Central Legal Affairs Education Academy and established a strategic partnership for nurturing practical legal affairs talent and linking employment based on Legal Tech.
The signing ceremony held at Park One Law Firm's headquarters office in Yeouido, Seoul on the 4th was attended by Ko Byeong-jun, CEO of Daeryun Law Firm, Director Byeong-ho Han of the Central Legal Office Education Academy, and Manager Yeon-hwa Hong.
The Central Legal Affairs Training Academy is Korea's representative legal practice training institution that provides both group and distance education and produces approximately 600 legal clerks every year.
Through this MOU, Daeryun Law Firm plans to establish a continuous legal talent development model that continues from practice, employment, and job settlement based on field-oriented education. The plan is to strengthen practical capabilities by incorporating LegalTech's own development capabilities and unrivaled litigation system into the curriculum.
Specifically, we plan to cooperate in various areas, including ▶ jointly developing electronic litigation and AI-based document practical training courses, ▶ establishing a practical learning platform incorporating litigation quality management standards, and ▶ promoting cooperation between both organizations.
In particular, the plan is to maximize recruitment efficiency by jointly planning a customized training course based on the demand for specialized fields required by Daeryun and supporting immediate resume matching and talent placement through the academy system when a demand for manpower arises.
Director Byeong-ho Han of the Central Legal Affairs Education Academy said, “We will continue to produce professional legal talent who can be immediately utilized in the field,” and “Based on cooperation with Daeryun, we will lead the expansion of expertise in the legal industry.”
Daeryun Law Firm CEO Ko Byeong-jun said, “Daeryun is the first law firm in Korea to establish a litigation quality service system based on the American system, and through this MOU, we will foster talent that will provide more accurate and efficient legal services.” He added, “It will be the starting point of legal service innovation that simultaneously realizes the introduction of legal technology and securing excellent talent.”
Meanwhile, Daeryun Law Firm is focusing its capabilities on strengthening legal service expertise by actively introducing legal tech in line with the rapidly changing legal market environment, including developing and operating its own AI-based legal consultation chatbot, ‘AI Daeryun’.
