변호사 취업난 속 단비.... 법무법인 대륜, 상반기 변호사 8명 채용

Daeryun Law Firm is attracting industry attention by increasing the number of employees hired compared to last year even though the legal job market is frozen due to the COVID-19 incident.

Daeryun Law Firm announced that, following the hiring of experienced lawyers (2 people) in the first quarter, it hired experienced lawyers (1 person) and trainee lawyers (5 people) in the second quarter.

The human resources manager of Daeryun Law Firm said, “A total of 187 lawyers applied for the new recruitment of Daeryun lawyers in the second quarter of 2020,” and added, “We will do our best to foster high-quality legal professionals by recruiting diverse talents. We hope for your continued interest and encouragement to Daeryun Law Firm.”

Regarding the manpower management plan, he explained, "The trainee lawyers selected through high competition will complete 1:1 OJT training with senior lawyers at the headquarters from the 8th and then be assigned to all branches to work. Experienced lawyers will be deployed to the Seoul office to respond to the increasing demand for legal services in the metropolitan area."

“We are preparing to open new offices in Suwon and Incheon due to increased demand for legal services at the Seocho office that opened last year,” said Shim Jae-guk, representative attorney at Daeryun Law Firm. “We plan to open offices sequentially in the second half of this year to disperse customers in the metropolitan area who were concentrated in the existing Seocho office and improve accessibility.”

Meanwhile, Daeryun Law Firm operates offices in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Incheon, Gwangju, Daejeon, Ulsan, Suwon, Changwon, Cheongju, Jeonju, Uijeongbu, Chuncheon, Jinju, and Jeju.
