- Representing a large company, Company S, in a case where a manager-paid employee claimed holiday pay for golf entertainment on holidays against Company S, the case was ruled not to be working hours and the case was won in full.
- Represented a large company, Company L, and won a transfer injunction against an employee of Company L who transferred to a Chinese competitor.
- Represented an elder of a large church and won a case against a large church seeking a temporary injunction to hold a general meeting.
- Represented a fired employee in a lawsuit to invalidate dismissal against K Corporation, overturning the decision of losing the case up to the second trial at the appellate trial and winning the case.
