Attorney KeJun SON, a member of the Fair Trade Group with expertise in fair trade, subcontracting, and franchise areas, passed both the Higher Civil Service Examination and the Bar Examination, and built a high level of expertise at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) and Lee & Ko Law Firm. In particular, while working as a Director (Grade 4) at the Korea Fair Trade Commission, he accumulated practical experience in various areas including subcontracting, collusion, unfair trade practices, and corporate combinations. He not only conducted investigations in various fields but also oversaw amendments to major laws and the enactment and revision of internal regulations such as notices and guidelines, allowing him to grow into an expert encompassing both legal theory and practice. Furthermore, by successfully handling major cases and advisory work at a large law firm for about 10 years, he was able to further enhance his professional capabilities and developed multifaceted problem-solving skills. These valuable assets will serve as a foundation for providing services with high reliability and effectiveness to clients, based on in-depth legal development beyond mere textbook legal knowledge in the process of responding to actual KFTC investigations and deliberations, as well as understanding of actual case handling procedure practices.
