Daeryun Law Firm (Limited) announced on October 28, 2024 that it had signed an MOU with 'King's Little Gimbap', a kimbap specialty franchise.
Daeryun CEO Kim Kuk-il and King's Little Kimbab CEO Lee Eun-deok attended the signing ceremony held at the Daeryun Daegu headquarters office.
King's Little Gimbap is a little kimbap specialty brand established in 2019 and currently has 65 stores nationwide. It grew rapidly by adopting a strategy differentiated from existing kimbap franchise brands, and won first place in the franchise (snack) category at the 'Korea Customer Satisfaction Index No. 1' awards ceremony hosted by the Korea Premium Brand Promotion Agency in 2021.
Through this MOU, Daeryun plans to ▲ review the drafting of contracts related to supply, distribution, and sales ▲ manage intellectual property rights, including trademark registration ▲ assist in resolving legal disputes such as violation of contracts. In particular, as the franchise headquarters may be subject to an investigation by the Fair Trade Commission depending on the situation, we plan to minimize risks by reviewing related legal issues in advance.
King's Little Kimbab CEO Lee Eun-deok said, "Despite difficult circumstances in the restaurant industry, we have continued to grow to this point." He said, "We will secure legal stability through Daeryun's professional advice and further develop in the future."
Daeryun CEO Kim Kuk-il said, "Based on Daeryun's know-how accumulated through experience in various fields such as corporate law, fair trade law review and advisory, etc. He said, "We will cooperate with King's Little Gimbap to provide a strong support," and "We will help provide effective legal services in line with the rapidly changing restaurant industry environment." We operate a fair trade group comprised of experts such as accountants, tax accountants, and lawyers. We provide comprehensive solutions, including legal advice and business problem reviews, to corporate officials across the country.
