Signed MOU for business cooperation with Ovenev

Daeryun Corporate Legal Group of Law Firm (Limited) announced on November 20, 2024 that it signed an MOU with Obenev, an online education platform specialist.

Obenev has been carrying out the business of developing professional systems such as the next-generation content management system since its establishment in 2015. In addition, it was selected as a youth-friendly small and medium-sized company in recognition of its outstanding performance in the fields of wages, work, life balance, and employment stability.

Ovenev, which set the goal of building a future education environment that can adapt to the untact environment of the 4th Industrial Revolution and providing high-quality content, has filed various patent applications and patent dispute management in Daeryun. Legal advice will be provided on overall corporate operations, from intellectual property rights to improvement of human resources and labor systems.

Through this business agreement, Daeryun plans to provide all-round support to revitalize young small and medium enterprises.
