Daeryun Law Firm Daejeon Headquarters Branch Office will hold a seminar on 'Corporate Practices Response to Changes in Ordinary Wage Cases' at the Daejeon Science Center on March 19th at 1:30 PM. We are holding this seminar.

This seminar was prepared to analyze the normal wage system, which has changed for the first time in 11 years, and seek practical countermeasures in relation to the increase in the burden of labor costs on companies due to the Supreme Court's recent decision to expand the scope of normal wages.

The presentation will be made by lawyer Kim Jeong-beom, an expert in labor law, and will analyze the main contents and points of the Supreme Court ruling. We plan to explain the practical impact of changes in the normal wage range.

We also plan to address new labor-management issues resulting from changes in precedents and response measures that companies must prepare.
