Signed MOU for business cooperation with Horizon M&A Advisors

Horizon M&A Advisors and SJKP signed a business agreement on April 19, 2026.

Horizon M&A Advisors is a consulting firm that provides advisory services on overall M&A, including corporate value assessment, establishment of exit strategy, and pre-sale maintenance, focusing on corporate sale and acquisition advice. We carry out a variety of transactions, including connections with private equity funds and institutional investors, ranging from small businesses with sales of less than $5 million to mid-sized companies with sales of $5 to $100 million.

We also have strengths across real economy-based industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, facility management, specialized construction, IT/software, precision metals, and solar energy EPC, with experience in over 500 transactions and accumulated billions of dollars worth of transactions. We provide stable advisory services based on deal performance.

Through this agreement, SJKP plans to establish a cooperative system with Horizon M&A Advisors and provide more professional and close advisory services in future M&A transactions in the US involving Korean companies.
