Prohibition of Conversations for the Purpose of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Youth, and of Luring or Soliciting Sexual Acts
Where a person aged nineteen years or older commits any of the following acts toward a child or youth through an information and communications network for the purpose of sexual exploitation,
that person shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than three years or by a fine not exceeding 30 million won. (Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sexual Abuse, Article 15-2, Paragraph 1).
▶ Repeatedly or continuously engaging in conversations capable of arousing sexual desire, shame, or revulsion, or repeatedly or continuously having the child or youth participate in such conversations
▶ Luring or soliciting the child or youth to commit any of the following acts
ⓛ Sexual intercourse
② Acts similar to sexual intercourse using a part of the body, such as the mouth or anus, or using an instrument
③ Acts of contacting or exposing all or part of the body that cause sexual shame or revulsion in an ordinary person
④ Masturbation
