The client who requested a response to a school violence administrative appeal
The client who requested a consultation regarding a school violence administrative appeal was a parent raising a 4th-grade elementary school child.
The client's child was playing with friends on the school playground and got into a fight with a classmate (hereinafter the victim).
The victim claimed that the client's child had choked his neck and used violence along with severe verbal abuse, and proceeded with a school violence report.
In the end, the client's child received a No. 2 disciplinary disposition in the School Violence Committee proceedings.
However, the victim's side filed a school violence administrative appeal, saying, 'The No. 2 disposition is too low, we request a No. 8 forced transfer disposition,' and the client entrusted this matter to a school violence attorney.
The school violence attorney began to establish a response strategy for the school violence administrative appeal.
Result of the response to the school violence administrative appeal, the claim was dismissed

During the school violence administrative appeal, the school violence attorney emphasized that the client's child had not unilaterally used violence against the victim and that there had been no harm at all, such as injury.
He also emphasized that the client, as guardian, was actively guiding the child.
The school violence attorney gathered the testimony of those present at the scene of the incident and the testimony of the client's child, the party concerned, and confirmed the fact that the victim had continuously provoked the client's child, such as filming him with a cell phone.
Furthermore, according to the testimony, there were circumstances in which the client's child had also suffered violence from the victim, and the school violence attorney strongly asserted this fact.
As a result of the school violence attorney's assistance, the client was able to have the school violence administrative appeal dismissed and to maintain the No. 2 disposition previously received.
The client conveyed thanks, saying that thanks to the assistance in responding to the school violence administrative appeal, the child was able to return to daily life together.
