El abogado Kim In-won, miembro del Grupo de Accidentes de Tráfico en Estado de Ebriedad y del Grupo Delictivo y fue nombrado fiscal de la Fiscalía del Distrito de Incheon, tiene experiencia trabajando como fiscal en la Subdivisión de Suncheon de la Fiscalía del Distrito de Gwangju, la Fiscalía del Distrito de Gwangju, la División de Litigios del Ministerio de Justicia, la Fiscalía del Distrito Central de Seúl y la Fiscalía del Distrito de Jeju.
