Como abogado penalista, he manejado muchos casos como representante y abogado defensor por delitos económicos, delitos sexuales, delitos verdaderos, lesiones personales, agresión, difamación, injurias y delitos de tránsito. Además, como abogado civil, tengo experiencia en el manejo de numerosos daños, alquileres, bienes raíces, contratos monetarios, litigios médicos y comerciales. En el ámbito corporativo, manejamos una variedad de casos relacionados con corporaciones, incluyendo asesoría sobre cumplimiento de seguridad industrial y asesoría sobre la reubicación y listado de grandes corporaciones en KOSPI. Actualmente, participa activamente como miembro asesor de numerosas empresas e instituciones públicas. Además, se desempeña como miembro del Comité de Revisión de Violencia Escolar, maneja numerosos casos de violencia escolar y casos de delitos juveniles, y tiene amplia experiencia en respuesta penal, civil y administrativa a delitos menores. En particular, como posee la calificación de Consultor Legal Extranjero de Singapur, tiene fortalezas en la prestación de servicios legales globales, que incluyen no solo casos nacionales sino también cuestiones legales en el extranjero y asesoramiento sobre transacciones internacionales.
