Brindamos asesoramiento al Fondo de Garantía de Crédito de Corea, Allied Asset Management, empresas constructoras, etc. y garantizamos la satisfacción del cliente. También realizamos la debida diligencia legal en las fusiones y adquisiciones de Heungkuk F&B y CTC Bio, y también tenemos experiencia en la redacción y revisión de documentos como contratos para proceder con el proceso de titulización de activos de préstamos morosos (NPL) de bancos comerciales.
