Daeryun Corporate Legal Group of Law Firm (Limited) announced on the 22nd that it has recently recruited Senior Attorney Bang In-tae, a corporate and labor law lawyer, and is strengthening its expertise in the field of corporate legal advice.
Attorney Bang is a labor law lawyer registered with the Korean Bar Association and specializes in corporate legal advice in the human resources and labor areas. Previously, he specialized in corporate legal and labor-related advice at large law firms such as Barun Law Firm and Pacific Law Firm.
He is also evaluated as having practical experience in the field, including serving as an in-house lawyer at Hyundai Rotem and S1 Co., Ltd., and conducting numerous wage and severance pay lawsuits and advising on general shareholders' meetings.
In particular, Attorney Bang is known to be proficient in not only criminal cases such as the Fair Trade Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Labor Standards Act, Subcontracting Act, and Dispatch Act, but also advising on overseas investment and establishment of joint ventures.
