Daeryun recruits lawyer Kang Young-woo, former chief of Daegu Southern Police Station

Daeryun Law Firm announced on the 27th that it will recruit Chief Attorney Kang Young-woo (Judicial Research and Training Institute 35th class) and strengthen its capabilities in criminal cases, including violent crimes.

Attorney Kang started as the head of the investigation department at Daegu Dalseo Police Station in 2006, and served as the head of the 2nd investigation division, head of the intelligent crime investigation team, head of the violent crime division, chief of the Ulleung Police Station, chief of the Uiseong Police Station, and chief of the Daegu Southern Police Station at the Daegu Provincial Police Agency.

Attorney Kang, who is well-known as an investigative expert, has worked as a police officer for over 20 years and has led various violent crimes such as murder, rape, and theft, as well as thousands of traffic crime cases. In particular, the voice phishing team was established for the first time in the country and received great attention for not only arresting suspects but also making every effort to support victims' recovery.

In addition, we have a deep understanding of cyber investigations and various economic crimes, such as the 2011 middle school student bullying suicide case, which became the first sign of the seriousness of school violence, the 'Jo Hee-pal' multi-level fraud case worth about 4 trillion won, the local mayor's unfair treatment, and the city hall official's violation of the Public Official Election Act.
