1. The Client Who Sought Daeryun to Pursue Punishment for Stalking
A client who was suffering harm caused by stalking conduct.
The client's former girlfriend reportedly continued to contact him after their breakup, asking to get back together.
The client declined and clearly asked her to stop contacting him. Despite the client's request, the former girlfriend reportedly did not cease contact. Subsequently, the client began a romantic relationship with another woman.
Upon learning of this, the former girlfriend reportedly contacted the client, using abusive language and stating false facts, and demanded that he end his relationship with the other woman.
She even contacted, via social media, both the client and the woman with whom he had just begun a relationship, repeatedly attempting to make contact and telling them to break up.
The client and the woman requested that she stop, stating that this constituted stalking conduct.
However, the abusive language and the frequency of contact only intensified, and as the stalking conduct caused enormous stress and restrictions on daily life, the client decided to file a lawsuit.
In order to stop the harm caused by the stalking conduct, the client requested the assistance of Daeryun Law Firm.
