The client says that about 20 years ago he met his wife through an acquaintance's introduction and filed a marriage report with the intention to marry.
After spending a happy time early in the marriage, he came to learn that his wife had remarried and that she had a former husband and a child between them.
However, the client concealed his disappointment and continued the marriage faithfully.
About two years later, the wife frequently said she would visit her parents' home and stayed away for two to three weeks at a time, and as this was repeated, from a certain day she became unreachable without any particular word to the client.

The client made every effort to find his wife but could not, and the wife had hidden herself so that the client could not find her.
Hoping that she might perhaps return, the client waited for more than about 15 years, and this long span of time passed.
The client was unable to confirm this directly with his wife, but he said it appeared that the wife had concealed everything from the client and cut off contact in order to reunite with her former husband and the children.
