We lived in a common-law relationship without marriage registration, how should we proceed with a common-law lawsuit?

I'm wondering if the Military Criminal Act also applies to civilians. I thought it was a law only applied to soldiers, but I think I heard some crimes apply to civilians too. And if someone who was a soldier committed a crime in the military but was discharged, are they punished under general criminal law? I'm wondering. Please reply!
common-law divorce
common-law alimony
common-law property division

Common-law couples are not legally married couples, so when separating, they do not need to go through legal procedures such as court divorce confirmation or divorce registration.
A common-law relationship can be dissolved by mutual agreement of the parties or by notification from one party.
Also, if a common-law relationship is broken due to the responsible cause of a common-law spouse or third party, alimony for emotional distress can be claimed.
Property division also presumes that property accumulated through cooperation by the couple during the common-law period is jointly owned by both persons.
Therefore, when a common-law relationship is dissolved, a property division claim is possible just like when legally married couples divorce, in the sense of liquidating the couple's property.
To proceed with a common-law lawsuit such as alimony or property division, you must first prove that the common-law relationship was established and then file a common-law lawsuit with the court based on this.
Therefore, if a legal dispute arises related to the dissolution of a common-law relationship, it is good to seek the assistance of a specialist attorney.
For detailed matters, please seek accurate legal response measures through consultation with a specialist attorney.
