Under the Road Traffic Act, a repeat DUI offender does not automatically face license revocation regardless of the level.

Whether the license is revoked or suspended is determined by the blood alcohol concentration. 0.03% to less than 0.08% corresponds to license suspension, and 0.08% or more corresponds to the license revocation standard. In your case, since both DUI incidents do not meet the license revocation standard, simple recidivism alone does not appear to be a reason for license revocation.

However, investigative agencies and administrative agencies may consider aggravated punishment for repeat DUI offenders, and if there is a past record, stricter DUI administrative dispositions are more likely to be imposed.

An objection to the driver's license disposition is also possible, but in this case, you must file the objection within 60 days from the date of the disposition.

If driving is your means of livelihood, or if you have been engaged in traffic volunteer activities as a model driver for more than 3 years, or have received a commendation from a police chief or higher, the administrative disposition will be reduced.
