- A case in which the Constitutional Court decided to revoke the prosecutor's suspended indictment against a doctor for violating the medical law.
- A case in which the first trial judgment was overturned and the tax office's imposition of value-added tax, etc. amounting to billions of won, was ruled to be canceled on the grounds of violation of the principle of prohibiting duplicate tax investigations.
