I'm about to file a complaint, and during evidence collection, I had no choice but to hack into the other party's computer. Can evidence obtained by hacking someone else's PC be used in court? I understand that evidence obtained through illegal methods isn't legally accepted — if hacking-obtained evidence can't be used, please also explain how to legally secure evidence.

If you are planning to proceed with corporate bankruptcy, let me first explain the costs involved.
When filing for corporate bankruptcy, if the debtor files, a 1,000 won government revenue stamp is required, and if a creditor files, a 30,000 won stamp must be purchased and attached to the bankruptcy petition. Service fees are a base of 204,000 won, plus number of creditors × 5,100 won × 3 must be additionally paid.
If the court issues a deposit order, the designated deposit amount must be paid; failure to comply may result in the bankruptcy petition being dismissed.
Also, regarding precautions when proceeding with corporate bankruptcy, if the corporation is undergoing rehabilitation procedures, the bankruptcy procedure is suspended, so this must be noted in the petition. Filing is also possible through the Supreme Court's electronic litigation website.
For corporate bankruptcy, it is important to thoroughly check document preparation, fee payment, and procedural precautions; in particular, practical procedures such as creditor management, asset listing, and exercise of avoidance rights must not be missed.
Since the procedure is complex and has many detailed requirements, consulting an expert in advance can minimize unnecessary delays or problems during the process.
It is also important to fully understand and prepare for subsequent procedures such as appointing a trustee and disposing of assets after the bankruptcy declaration.
Corporate bankruptcy does not end with simply filing the petition; subsequent procedures must also be systematically prepared for smooth progress.
