Criminal Act Article 314 (Interference With Business)

② The same punishment as in paragraph (1) shall apply to a person who interferes with another’s business by damaging a computer or other data processing device or an electromagnetic record or other special media record, or by inputting false information or improper commands into a data processing device, or by causing a disruption to data processing by any other means.
