1. The Client
This is the account of the client.
The client explained that he had committed the crime of an indecent act by compulsion, and he wished to receive legal services on par with those of a large law firm within Suwon.

2. The Crime of an Indecent Act by Compulsion, Explained by the Attorney
The client explained that he had committed the 🔗crime of an indecent act by compulsion. An indecent act by compulsion refers to the crime of committing an indecent act against another person through assault or intimidation.
If a forcible indecent act is recognized, it is punishable under the Criminal Act by imprisonment for not more than ten years or a fine not exceeding fifteen million won.
3. The Attorney's Defense of the Client

The victim in the client's case prepared a settlement agreement and a statement of no desire for punishment, expressing the wish that the client not be punished.
4. The Judgment the Attorney Obtained
After the attorney undertook the defense, the client received a very minor fine.
The client had forcibly committed an indecent act against an unknown woman on the street, instilling fear and causing serious psychological harm, and so was at risk of severe punishment.
However, thanks to the attorney's defense, the client was able to escape that danger.
The client expressed his satisfaction with the result, saying that this was the kind of large-firm service he had wanted.
