Hello. I received scar treatment at a dermatology clinic, and pigmentation occurred afterward. Before the treatment, the hospital only explained that there might be 3 days of redness and swelling, and said it would be fine over time. But now over 2 weeks have passed and the pigmentation continues, and I'm very worried. I'm wondering if I can proceed with a dermatology lawsuit in this case.
