Daeryun Law Firm announced on the 2nd that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with China's Hengdu Law Firm and will establish a full-fledged Korea-China cross-border legal service cooperation system.

The business agreement signing ceremony was held virtually at Daeryun's Gangnam branch office on the 13th of last month, and was attended by Daeryun management CEO Kim Kuk-il, attorney Yoon Kyeong-won, consultant Jang Jin-er, Hengdu Law Firm's management representative Duan Lihong, attorney Choi Kyeong-hwa, and Lai Hauchi legal clerk.

Through this MOU, the two companies plan to closely cooperate in ▲ local legal and regulatory advice for Korean companies operating in China ▲ legal support for Chinese companies' investments and business operations in Korea ▲ advice on M&As and investment structures between Korea and China ▲ joint response to international disputes and commercial lawsuits ▲ establishment of a cross-border advisory system customized for each industry, including the AI ​​field.
