We're a small to medium-sized manufacturing company. A large corporate client recently requested ESG-related materials. They said they check things like environmental management, working environment, and internal ethics standards, but I'm flustered because we haven't separately organized these areas. I'd like to know if not properly responding to ESG issues can affect transactions or contracts, and whether SMEs also need separate preparation.
