Hello. My child has been a victim of school violence for nearly a year. I feel so sorry as a mother for not knowing my child was suffering... I spoke with the homeroom teacher today and filed a report. If I report it, can the victim and perpetrator be separated? After reporting, what kind of school violence measures are taken against the perpetrator?

Even if you drove a vehicle in a place that is not a road, such as an apartment parking lot, you may still be punished for parking lot DUI.

Under the former "Road Traffic Act," only driving a vehicle on a "road" constituted DUI, so cases such as moving between parking lines within an apartment complex were not subject to DUI punishment (see Supreme Court ruling 2004Do6779 of January 14, 2005).

However, the "Road Traffic Act" amended from January 1, 2011, stipulates that driving while intoxicated all constitutes DUI, regardless of whether the place where the vehicle moved is a road.
