I am being cyberstalked and I am terrified that the person may come to find me
I have never actually met this person in person, so I have described it as cyberstalking.. A few years ago, I met this person online while playing a game and became close, but the person seemed somewhat strange, so I have been keeping my distance. However, the person kept following me on Instagram, and now, having somehow found my KakaoTalk, keeps messaging me and even sends emails. Even though I have been leaving the messages unread, the person keeps sending them one-sidedly, and it has already been about one year and six months. Yesterday, the person sent a message asking whether a certain address was my home address, and although it was incorrect, it was in fact in my neighborhood... I am terrified that the person might come to find me in person, and the person even appears in my dreams. The person also knows my face, so what should I do if the person actually comes to find me? Since the person has not come in person yet, I am not sure whether I may report this to the police, so I am seeking your advice as an attorney.

Can a school violence victim also receive personal protection?
Hello. I am a mother with a child in high school. My son suffered school violence so persistently that I filed a report, but he has not gone to school for several days because he is afraid of retaliation. So I looked into it and found that Daeryun has a personal protection system for school violence victims. Can a high school student also receive protection? Or is it available only to adults?

Is punishment for illegal debt collection possible?
Hello. Recently, because of money I borrowed through a moneylender, I keep receiving demands for repayment, and now, beyond mere demands, they hurl abuse, call late at night, and even threaten to come to my workplace or home. It is true that I have a debt, but I do not know whether this manner is illegal, and it is truly threatening, so I would like to know whether punishment is possible. Also, I feel unsafe; in a case like this, how should I go about reporting to the police or receiving other protective measures?

I would like to receive a dating violence consultation.
I have been repeatedly subjected to verbal abuse and assault by my ex-boyfriend, so I think I need to receive a dating violence consultation. Even though we broke up, he still threatens me by phone and message, so I am anxious... I do not know whether I should report to the police, or where and how to use a counseling center or protection services. If I get a consultation with a lawyer, do you also help with matters related to personal protection?

Family court attorney, I am afraid of facing my husband during the divorce litigation.
My husband's verbal abuse and control have worsened, and I am ultimately preparing for divorce litigation. However, I am very afraid because I am told that I must face my husband directly during the trial or conciliation process. Is there a way to avoid facing my husband even at the court, or a system through which I can receive personal protection? If there is a family court attorney, please reply.

I am being subjected to illegal debt collection.
Hello. I am being subjected to debt collection by loan sharks. At first they urged repayment by phone, but now they call several times a day, hurl abuse, or threaten to come to my family or workplace. It is true that I borrowed money, but I do not know whether threatening and intimidating me like this is normal collection. In a case like this, may I report it to the police as illegal debt collection?

I want to file a complaint for sexual molestation, but I am worried that the perpetrator will retaliate.
I was sexually molested by a senior at school. At first I intended to just let it go, but because he repeatedly touched me surreptitiously and kept making unpleasant remarks, I decided I had to file a complaint for sexual molestation. However, since the perpetrator is a fairly influential person at school, I am very anxious that after the complaint he might come near my house to retaliate. If I file a complaint for sexual molestation, will the police provide personal protection? Also, is there a way to separately receive security or protection?

I am being subjected to organized stalking.
Recently, it seems that several strangers have been monitoring my daily movements. Unfamiliar vehicles are frequently parked in front of my house, and photographs taken of me are repeatedly being sent to me through messenger apps. I am afraid to report this on my own, and I am wondering whether this could actually be recognized as 'organized stalking.' I would also like to know how I should gather evidence, and through what procedures personal protection or a legal response is possible. I would appreciate your advice regarding organized stalking.

Attorney, can I also receive personal safety measures?
My ex-boyfriend is repeatedly attempting to contact me, loitering near my house, and making threats. I know that in an emergency I should report to 112, but I am worried that the reporting process may be complicated, and I am afraid of retaliation afterward. I would like to know what would be best to do and also what evidence I should prepare before reporting. Attorney, I would appreciate your answer.
