Q
I am being cyberstalked and I'm so afraid that they might come find me
Hello, I'd like an analysis of the possibility of an industrial accident administrative lawsuit. I've been doing semiconductor parts cleaning and inspection work at an electronic parts assembly factory and handled chemicals daily. Since last year, severe fatigue and symptoms like pneumonia kept recurring, and I was eventually diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. I applied for industrial accident with the Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service, but the causal relationship between the illness and work wasn't clear, so I received non-approval in both the first review and reconsideration. I'm wondering if there's a possibility of work-relatedness being recognized to some extent if it moves to administrative lawsuit, or if there are precedents of winning in similar industries/diseases.

Can school violence victims also receive bodyguard protection?
Hello, a few years ago I suffered a medical accident and went through medical dispute mediation, which was established. But I really feel wronged and want to pursue a criminal complaint. Looking online, it seems criminal complaints are difficult if dispute mediation has been established. Is that true...? Can I not file a criminal complaint?

Is illegal collection punishment possible?
Watching the news, I suddenly have a question. If a sex crime victim is disabled, do perpetrators receive heavier punishment than for sex crimes targeting non-disabled adults? If so, what's the punishment for disability sex crimes? Please compare each. I want a detailed and quick response from experts. Thank you!

Family court attorney, I am scared to face my husband during the divorce proceedings.
Hello. I went to a company dinner with coworkers and completely blacked out — I didn't know. While blacked out, I apparently stroked a female coworker's shoulder. She told me to stop, but I apparently kept touching her in my drunken state. I'm now being charged with indecent assault... I'm facing a police investigation.

I am being subjected to illegal debt collection.
I suddenly received dismissal notice from my company. However, I didn't receive separate written notification of the dismissal reason or timing — I only verbally heard from my superior 'don't come to work starting today.' No dismissal-related content was conveyed via email or text either. I'd like to know if the dismissal is legally valid in this case. If it's unfair dismissal, I'd like a labor attorney's advice on how to respond.

I want to file a sexual harassment complaint, but I'm worried the perpetrator will retaliate.
I'm a personal internet broadcaster (BJ). A viewer secretly recorded part of my broadcast, added an obscene title, and distributed it on other platforms. I never produced any suggestive scenes during the broadcast, but I see videos where the footage has been edited to make it look obscene through distortion. Can I file a complaint for distribution of obscene videos in this case?

I am being subjected to organized stalking.
Recently several unfamiliar people seem to be monitoring my daily movements. Unfamiliar vehicles are often parked in front of my home, and photos taken of me are repeatedly sent through messenger. I'm afraid to report alone — I'm wondering if this can actually be recognized as 'organized stalking.' I'd also like to know how to gather evidence and what procedures are available for personal protection or legal response. Please advise about organized stalking.

Stalking specialist attorney, can I also receive personal safety measures?
Hello. I went to Thailand with a friend and visited a club. They had happy balloons that were popular a while back. As far as I knew, happy balloons existed in Korea too, so I inhaled them without suspicion. But when I posted it on social media, someone reported me... Are happy balloons considered drugs? If so, what's the punishment level for drug offenses?
